Send references with a short explanation.
Provide a drawing, a reference image or a physical sample. Explain which parts you want to keep and which should change. Add intended use, approximate size, quantity and budget direction.
DECISIONS TO CONFIRM
Put structure, materials and branding in one brief.
List compartments, openings, straps, lining, fabric choices and logo details. Mark any undecided items so they can be discussed before sample work begins.
REVIEW AND REVISION
Check how the sample works as well as how it looks.
Load the sample for its intended use. Review access, fit, proportions, stitching, hardware and logo placement. Return a consolidated set of comments with photos showing the requested changes.
APPROVAL FOR PRODUCTION
Keep the approved reference and specification aligned.
Confirm the final version and document any agreed updates before bulk production. Sample arrangements, costs and timing depend on the project and are confirmed during the discussion.
