Ask for swatches to compare composition, weight, texture and color. Any coating or wash finish should be reviewed on the actual material.
Compare the fabric together with its lining rather than selecting by appearance alone. Tell us whether the collection needs a soft, relaxed shape or a firmer body. Request the finish you want to evaluate on the sample; a photograph does not establish fabric weight or composition.
Structure & reinforcement
Decide how firm the body should feel, where the base needs support and which handle or strap attachment points need reinforcement.
List the expected contents and load. We can discuss the base, handle attachments and shoulder-strap connections as part of the construction. Check the finished sample both empty and packed to review its shape and access.
Branding & finishing
Review embroidery, printed artwork or a label with the chosen fabric. Agree placement, scale and backing before the sample is approved.
Provide vector artwork where available, the desired logo position and approximate size. Review the chosen application on the actual fabric, including how it looks against the lining and seams. Labels, hangtags and packaging can be developed alongside the bag.

What information should I send for a quotation?
<p>Send a reference image or style link, the standard or target size, estimated quantity by color, intended market, logo requirements and target delivery date. Mention any material, performance or testing requirement that is fixed.</p>
What are the MOQ and production times?
<p>The reference MOQ is 500 pieces. Samples normally take 1–7 working days and bulk production normally takes 25–35 working days based on quantity. The confirmed schedule follows the final specification and material availability.</p>
