ULOVEBAGS / OEM & ODM BACKPACKS
A compact commuter backpack and a padded multi-compartment design need different production steps. We assess the build, sourcing needs and order breakdown before discussing the manufacturing plan.

Convert references into a physical product and construction standard.

Organize fabric, lining, padding and component groups.

Sew panels and pockets, attach carrying components and finish edges.
| Area | What we review |
|---|---|
| Body & compartments | Panel construction, padding, laptop sleeves, organizers and bottle pockets. |
| Carrying system | Shoulder straps, handles, back panels, webbing and attachment reinforcement. |
| Openings & components | Zipper layouts, roll-top closures, buckles, pullers and binding. |
| Branding & presentation | Logo application, sewn labels, hangtags, barcodes and packing versions. |

Quantities are separated by style and color before production. Shared materials can be coordinated where suitable, while unique fabrics, trims, labels and packing instructions remain linked to the correct variation.
A confirmed breakdown helps reduce mixing during material preparation, sewing and final packing. It also makes the effect of extra colors or logo versions visible during quotation.

More panels, pockets, layers and sewing operations affect the work required.
Stock fabric and components follow a different sourcing path from custom colors or hardware.
Style, color, branding and packing versions need their own preparation and checks.
Testing, labeling, assortment and shipment preparation belong in the schedule.
First-piece review, in-process checks and finished-product inspection help maintain the agreed product details. Requested changes are reviewed before they affect the rest of the order.

BACKPACK CONSTRUCTION
Shoulder straps, handles and back-panel components need clear dimensions and attachment positions. The number of layers, padding thickness, webbing width and reinforcement method affect how these areas are assembled.
We review the operation with the rest of the backpack rather than treating reinforcement as a decoration added at the end. Any load or durability requirement should be defined with the appropriate method and acceptance criteria before production.

| Decision | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Style reference | Use a distinct product reference and approved sample for each construction. |
| Material allocation | Separate common materials from unique fabrics, colors and components. |
| Logo versions | Record artwork, placement and label differences for each version. |
| Packing breakdown | Confirm quantity per SKU, assortment and carton marking before packing begins. |

Confirm how each backpack is protected, identified and grouped. Labels, barcode information and carton quantities should be ready before packing starts, with any shipment-specific instructions included in the final order breakdown.
