ULOVEBAGS / OEM & ODM BACKPACKS
Good inspection starts with an agreed reference. Define the dimensions, construction, finish and packing details that matter to your backpack, then use them to review the work at the relevant stages.

| Area | What we review |
|---|---|
| Approved sample | Appearance, construction, workmanship and intended function. |
| Product specification | Dimensions, materials, colors, components and agreed tolerances. |
| Branding reference | Artwork, application method, size, position and color. |
| Packing instructions | Labels, barcodes, unit packing, assortment and carton marks. |

Fabric, lining, webbing, zippers, buckles, padding and branding components are compared with confirmed references. Materials that do not match are identified for review before they enter the normal production flow.

02
Review dimensions, construction, component placement and workmanship before full-volume work continues.
03
Inspect seams, pocket position, binding, strap attachments and reinforcement during assembly.
04

05
Confirm quantities, labels, assortment and carton information before release.
| Area | What we review |
|---|---|
| Straps & handles | Attachment position, reinforcement, adjustment and agreed construction. |
| Compartments | Pocket placement, sleeve dimensions and opening access. |
| Seams & finishing | Stitch consistency, seam alignment, binding and loose-thread removal. |
| Closures & hardware | Zipper operation, buckles, adjusters and correct installation. |
| Branding & packing | Artwork position, label information, SKU allocation and carton quantities. |

Nonconforming items are separated for review. Depending on the issue, correction, rework, replacement or rejection is arranged. Corrective work is checked again before affected goods proceed.

Testing scope, methods, sample quantities, acceptance criteria and reporting requirements are confirmed for the project. Third-party testing and inspection can be coordinated when needed; cost and timing should be included in the order plan.

FUNCTION & ASSEMBLY
Review the pocket and sleeve arrangement against the approved sample. Confirm usable openings, divider positions, zipper access and the dimensions that matter to the intended contents.
A laptop screen-size label alone does not define fit: the sleeve opening and internal dimensions should be checked against the buyer’s device requirements. Any extra functional test must be agreed for the project.

FINAL PACKING
Review individual protection, folding or shape support, hangtags, barcode placement and the quantity in each carton. Compare the style and color assortment against the packing list.
Where additional checks or photographic records are required, agree their scope before packing. The packing arrangement should make the order easy to identify at the receiving warehouse.

| Decision | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Identify | Record the product reference, affected quantity and the location or nature of the issue. |
| Separate | Keep affected materials or products identified while the required action is reviewed. |
| Correct | Agree correction, rework, replacement or rejection based on the confirmed requirements. |
| Recheck | Review corrected items before allowing them to move to the next stage. |
