ULOVEBAGS / OEM & ODM BACKPACKS
Pictures help communicate a direction; a physical sample helps you judge the result. Review storage, fit, fabric and finishing before settling the version you want to manufacture.

Check proportions, openings, storage, straps and intended use.
Review hand feel, color direction, lining, padding and workmanship.
Check logo effect, placement, components and label information.
Reference sample time is 1–7 working days. Share the style, materials, artwork and requested changes so we can confirm the sample arrangement, fee and schedule. Record any revisions before approval; production timing is reviewed separately.

Provide reference images or drawings, approximate dimensions, required compartments, material direction, artwork, estimated bulk quantity and delivery country.
You do not need to have every technical detail ready. Tell us what is essential, and we will identify the remaining decisions before development starts.

01
Check feasibility, material availability and the sample scope.
02
Agree the fee, courier responsibility, expected timing and any special sourcing.
03
Evaluate the sample against the agreed product requirements.
04
Consolidate comments and confirm the final version before bulk production.
Use marked photographs, drawings or a numbered change list. Identify dimensions, components or appearance details precisely. Any effect on materials, cost or timing is reviewed before another sample is made.

| Decision | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Size & storage | Measure the main body, important openings and internal sleeves against the agreed dimensions. |
| Carrying details | Review strap adjustment, handle length, padding and attachment positions. |
| Materials & color | Check the outer fabric, lining, webbing and visible components together. |
| Branding | Review artwork size, position, color and the selected application method. |
| Packing direction | Confirm labels, hangtags, individual protection and information required for bulk packing. |

Open each compartment, operate the closures and review the intended storage arrangement. Mark requested changes on photographs or a numbered list so dimensions, functions and visual details can be discussed separately. Confirm the revised reference before bulk production.

If a sample uses a temporary color or component because the production item is unavailable in sample quantities, record that difference explicitly. Approval of the construction should not accidentally approve a substitute material.
Keep the final approval and agreed changes together with the product specification. Additional samples and revisions may affect development cost and timing, so these are reviewed before further work.

SAMPLE REVIEW CHECKLIST
