Build a like-for-like comparison before choosing a production partner.
DEFINE THE BACKPACK
Match the specification first.
List finished dimensions, intended capacity, outer fabric, lining, padding, compartments, straps, closures and hardware. Include a reference image and identify which features are essential.
BRANDING AND PACKING
Check what the unit price includes.
State the logo method, artwork size and placement. Add hangtags, labels, individual packing and carton requirements. A price without these details may describe a different scope.
QUANTITY AND DEVELOPMENT
Separate the order from development costs.
Confirm quantities by style and color. Ask how sampling, artwork preparation and special components are priced. Check what must be approved before production timing can be confirmed.
DELIVERY BASIS
Compare the same handover point.
Ask what the quote includes for packing, transport and delivery. Compare equivalent scopes rather than treating every unit price as a delivered price.
