What should I send for a quotation?
Send a style reference, estimated quantity per color, destination, target dimensions and logo requirements. Mention any fixed materials, performance standards or delivery date.
Can the reference design be changed?
Yes. Describe which parts to keep and which to change. Material, storage, construction and branding changes are reviewed together before the sample and quotation are confirmed.
How do I confirm MOQ and timing?
The reference MOQ is 500 pieces. Samples take 1–7 working days; production takes 25–35 working days based on quantity. Confirm the style and color breakdown and final schedule in your quotation.
What should I check on the sample?
Check dimensions, pocket access, device fit where relevant, carrying comfort, material feel and logo placement. Record changes and approve the production specification before bulk manufacture.
Can I request testing or documentation?
Tell us the destination market and required standard. We will review the required materials, testing scope and available documentation for the specific project.
