ULOVEBAGS / OEM & ODM BACKPACKS

Understand what your quote includes.

A useful price comparison starts with the same backpack specification. Share the planned quantities and variations so material sourcing, construction and packing can be discussed on a consistent basis.

Backpack manufacturing: backpack

Why MOQ is reviewed by project.

Material purchasing, color preparation, component availability and production setup affect the minimum quantity. The same overall order can have different requirements when split across several styles and colors.

Send your quantity per style and color. We can then review the construction and sourcing requirements before confirming whether the planned order is workable.

Backpack manufacturing: materials

The main drivers of a backpack quotation.

Area What we review
Outer fabric & lining Specification, weight, finish, color and availability.
Construction Panel count, pockets, padding, binding and sewing operations.
Components Zippers, buckles, webbing, hardware and customized parts.
Branding Artwork complexity, application method, size and positions.
Order breakdown Units per style, color, logo version and packing variant.
Packing & review Labels, inserts, carton plans, inspection and testing scope.
Material System

Protect the features that matter.

Cost planning works best before the sample is finalized. Keep the functions and visible details that support your market, then review material alternatives, standard components and unnecessary construction complexity.

Backpack manufacturing: compartments

Compare quotations on the same basis.

Product specification

Compare the same dimensions, materials, compartments, branding and components.

Order scope

Use the same quantity, color split, packing requirements and inspection scope.

Delivery basis

Confirm what is included in the price and which transport or other charges remain separate.

Information for a useful first quotation.

Send references, dimensions, quantity per color, material direction, logo artwork, packing requirements, delivery country and required timing. A target price range is useful when you want us to review alternatives.

The final specification, schedule and commercial terms follow the written quotation and confirmed order documents.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you place
an order.

Can I combine colors or styles to meet MOQ?

Share the proposed breakdown. Suitability depends on common materials, separate color minimums, components and the production work needed for each style.

Can you quote from a photograph?

A photograph can support an initial discussion. A firm quotation requires enough information about size, construction, materials, quantities and packing to define the product accurately.

Does the price include shipping?

The quotation should state the agreed delivery basis and included costs. Share the destination and required transport arrangement so any separate charges can be identified.
