BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you place
an order.

What should I send to start a backpack project?

Send a reference image, drawing or sample photos, intended use, approximate dimensions, estimated order quantity, branding direction and delivery country. A complete technical pack is helpful, but is not required for an initial discussion.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is reviewed by backpack construction, material availability, color split, branding and packing requirements. Send the quantity per style and color so we can confirm a workable production arrangement.

How are sample time and production lead time confirmed?

The schedule is confirmed after the construction, materials, branding and order details are reviewed. Special sourcing, sample revisions and additional inspection can affect timing. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Can I customize an existing backpack design?

Yes. We can review changes to fabric, dimensions, compartments, carrying details, colors, logo application and packing. Structural changes may require new patterns and a revised sample.

Is the sample always free?

No. One sample fee may be waived for a qualified project after review. Courier charges and special development expenses are confirmed separately before work begins.

Will the sample use the intended production material?

The intended materials are used when available in sample quantities. If a proposed substitute is needed, it is explained before sampling and must be reviewed before bulk approval.

Can I request multiple colors or versions?

Yes, the scope can be discussed. Additional samples, revisions or special components are reviewed and priced according to the development work required.

Can I combine colors or styles to meet MOQ?

Share the proposed breakdown. Suitability depends on common materials, separate color minimums, components and the production work needed for each style.

Can you quote from a photograph?

A photograph can support an initial discussion. A firm quotation requires enough information about size, construction, materials, quantities and packing to define the product accurately.

Does the price include shipping?

The quotation should state the agreed delivery basis and included costs. Share the destination and required transport arrangement so any separate charges can be identified.

Do all backpacks follow the same test standard?

No. Inspection and testing requirements depend on construction, intended use and the agreed order specification. Tell us the required methods and acceptance criteria before sample approval.

How do I report an issue after delivery?

Provide the order reference, affected quantity, clear photos or video and relevant carton or label information. The team reviews production, inspection and packing information before discussing the next steps under the order terms.

Can we arrange a factory visit?

Yes, visits can be discussed by appointment. Share your project and preferred timing so the available areas and arrangements can be confirmed.
